With sneaky-smart writing, casual chemistry between the two leads, and a few scene-stealing supporting players, Long Shot turns out to be a surprisingly good romantic comedy.
While this movie trods a well-trampled path, it does so with such infectious giddiness and sure-footed skill that Teen Spirit still manages to be a breezy, entertaining journey.
Little reheats a few ideas from Big and Freaky Friday, and the filmmakers desperately hope you won’t notice these plot points are a little bit older and a little bit colder.
